Where does your stock of clothing come from?

We aren’t accepting any garments at the moment. We have a curated stock that we would like to clear first, but keep an eye on our social media pages and our website for any potential updates in this area.

Can I send you some of my clothes to add to your catalogue?

How is this more sustainable than shopping at a regular store?

Our Instagram shop connects straight to our website. We do not accept orders in DMs since keeping track of these messages is not always optimal - your messages, queries could get lost in incoming messages so please ensure that you send us an email if you have any queries on your order. 

Can I place an order on Instagram?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of making the purchase by writing to us with your order number and your reason for cancellation (in brief).

How do I cancel my order?

If you receive goods in a damaged condition, please email us with photographs and your invoice details.

What should I do if my package has been tampered with or is damaged?

We ensure a quality check. We don’t sell products with defects. Items are always delivered after being thoroughly inspected and washed and pressed.

How will I know that the item is in good condition?

We believe in choosing an item carefully, not in impulsive buys. We recommend looking at our info. and sizing charts before purchase, to ensure it is the right fit. If you are still not satisfied, please write to us with your concerns. 

What do I do if the item doesn’t fit me?

Unfortunately, we do not have a COD option but feel free to write to us before placing your order and we will be happy to send you any additional information that can help put your mind at ease.

What if I would like to try on my product for size and fit? Can I pay on delivery?

Your order will be shipped within 3-5 working days and delivered between 10-15 working days.

How long will it take to receive my order?
