Shipping Policy

- We offer shipping across India through a reliable shipping partner. 

- We do not offer international shipping and focus on domestic orders to lower our carbon footprint. 

- Orders usually take 3-5 working days to be processed and dispatched We work to get all orders out as quickly as possible. We’re a very small, but passionate and efficient team.


- Your estimated delivery will depend on your delivery pin code and the shipping carrier. Typically, you can expect to receive your package within 10-15 working days.


- Please ensure you fill in the correct shipping address before completing a purchase to ensure that the order reaches you without any confusion or errors. 


- Once your order has been shipped, your tracking details will be sent to the email address/phone number that you have provided 

Upon delivery, our shipping partner will usually contact you through a call or SMS to handover your package. If the partner is unable to reach you, the order will be returned to us - Please ensure that you are accessible. 

- Unforeseen circumstances and restrictions that affect business operations will impact delivery timelines.

Return & Exchange Policy

As a company, we strive to provide quality items and a clear indication of all sizes and fitting on our site. 

Please ensure you verify your size and fit prior to making an order. Feel free to write to us for more information on the item to help you make a decision. We believe in mindful purchases and sustainability, so that we reduce our carbon footprint by avoiding multiple shipments back and forth.

We only accept returns if you have received the wrong or a damaged order. 

To initiate a return if you have received a damaged or wrong product please write to us at and we will get back to you as soon as possible! 

Conditions for return of item(s) 

- The product must be in the same condition as received by you, unused and with the tag still on. 

- The return must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the order. 

- Customer must attach photos of the item for damage claim and receive verification and approval from Fabric & Article.

- While it's costly to put items back on our store, we want to give you the option to return items. To alleviate these processing costs, returned items are subject to a restocking fee of Rs. 40

- Original shipping charge will not be refunded when the item is returned. 

- The order amount will be credited to your account as store credits. 

- It will take up to 7 working days for store credits to reflect in your account 

- Promotions and discounts will not be reimbursed

- Returns and Refunds are not applicable on orders placed during a sale or on orders that are customised

We do not provide exchanges at this time as we only have unique, single stock items available in our store. If you wish to return an item, you will receive a refund of store credits that can be used to purchase a different item. 

We are a very small team, so if you face any issues with your return request or do not receive a response within a week, we request you to follow-up your request.

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been processed by our shipping partner. This will reflect as 'unfulfilled' under your order status.  Once the order is processed or shipped we will not be able to cancel it. 

Cancellations are not applicable on orders placed during a sale or on customised orders.
